Hendrick Motorsports continues to redefine performance culture with the creation of a new 35,000-square-foot facility dedicated entirely to its pit crew athletes, drivers, and support staff. Designed to elevate training, recovery, and day-to-day performance, the building delivers a professional sports environment tailored specifically for the demands of NASCAR competition. The facility includes a state-of-the-art weight room complete with a climbing wall, hydrotherapy and sauna recovery spaces, locker rooms, nutrition areas with kombucha on tap, a full-service barbershop, and an outdoor training space where crews can practice and time pit stops in real-world conditions. Additional spaces such as the executive board room, large event and meeting areas, and an advanced race analysis room featuring a wall of live race and helmet-camera feeds further reinforce the organization’s commitment to innovation and preparation.

Throughout the facility, immersive branding and environmental graphics were integrated to reflect the culture, grit, and relentless pursuit of excellence that define Hendrick Motorsports. The design strategy intentionally highlights the pit crew athletes as elite performers—emphasizing that success on race day depends just as much on speed, strength, precision, and teamwork behind the wall as it does behind the wheel.
